Our Story

It all started when...

Mai looked in the mirror and realized the corporate company she was working for was no longer bringing her happiness. Also upon looking in the mirror, Mai realized how far she had battled and come with numerous skin concerns. She contemplated how overcoming these problems felt and it was in this moment that an epiphany was born. 

From a whirl wind of research, thoughtful planning and tireless hours of work emerged Mai Place in 2005. Nestled into a small 400 sq. ft. studio with it's little brown roof, a flourish of yellow paint and white gauzy curtains. With clients that consisted of dear friends and enthusiastic referrals.

Fast forward, Mai Place is now ever-growing to accommodate the wants and needs of our dear clients. Never losing focus on care, quality and kindness. We are so happy to have clients who have been with us for more than years and we are happy to welcome all of our new clients. Come join us on our journey together.
